Lynn Haven Re-Gathering!
In-person church services will resume on Sunday, June 21! For the first time since before Hurricane Michael, worship will be held at 3203 Minnesota Avenue, Panama City (our former Fusion campus).
Please read below for important information you will need to know and guidelines we are asking everyone to follow while worshiping with us.
Church Re-Gathering Phase 1:
Phase 1 will continue for a period of time TBD as conditions warrant
Sunday Worship Schedule
8 am: Senior Adults and At-Risk Persons only (this service will feature traditional elements and music)
9:30 and 11 am: These services will have live music (with a worship band) and live preaching in the Worship Center, along with an alternate venue in the Community Room with live music and live-stream sermon (and more overflow locations throughout the building, if needed)
Online Worship: The 8 and 9:30 am services will be live-streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
Seating
Seating capacity will be limited to one-third of room capacity with extra spacing between rows. Couples/ families will sit together and maintain at least a 6-foot (or three chairs’) distance from others.
Parking/Entry/Exit
Parking for handicapped, senior adults, and parents of small children is available in the church lot. All others please park across street at New Horizons or Mosley. Everyone will enter through the main entrance. Greeters will open doors. At close of service, worshipers will be directed to the nearest exit.
Service Length
Services will last approximately 50 minutes to allow adequate time for people on campus to exit and for the sanitizing of surfaces.
Tithes/Offerings
Offering Baskets will be available throughout the building for touch-free giving. Online giving options are listed at lhumc.armlindev.com/give.
Communion
On Communion Sundays, pre-packaged sets will be placed in seats
Children/Small Groups/Sunday School
In-person children’s programs, Sunday School and Small Group meetings will resume at a later date.
Safety/Sanitation
A cleaning crew will sanitize restrooms and all public areas before and in between services. All church staff and servants will wear masks, except when on stage. Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
General Guidelines for All
Congregating in the lobby or common areas is discouraged, along with hugs and handshakes. Everyone is expected to practice social distancing. Masks are encouraged for everyone and will be available for all. Restrooms will be open, but water fountains turned off. Attendance will be recorded via an electronic, self-reporting method which is encouraged by health officials in the event of a COVID-19 positive attendee.
