The church is more than a building.

Since Hurricane Michael we have said many times, “The Church is more than a building.” This remains true for us today even as we enjoy the ability to worship together in a building of our own. The connections we make and keep beyond our time together on Sundays is critically important. God intends for us to live in relationship with one another. It’s why Jesus surrounded Himself with twelve men and taught them how to live in community. From other believers, we gain strength, support, stamina and staying power. We invite you to join with our body of believers at Lynn Haven Methodist.

LHM Church Member- Help/Prayer Requests

LHM Church members: Please complete the form below if you are in need of prayer or assistance.

Are you able to help? If you are able to assist in any way we are also seeking volunteers for this effort to meet the needs that may arise within our area. Please indicate that you can help on the form below.

Please Note (Non LHM Church members): We have a limited amount of resources available and are unable to meet every need. If you currently have a church home, it’s appropriate to ask for assistance from those whom know you and have the Biblical responsibility to pastor you. If you are not currently a part of Lynn Haven Methodist, we want to assure you that we do care about your need. Along with potentially providing direct assistance, we have names and addresses of various organizations within the community that may be able to assist you. You can contact us for more information at church@lhm.online

Labor of Love Request

If you attend LHM* (or you know someone who does) and have recently welcomed a little one in to the world, please let us know! We would love to pray for you, bless you with a special gift from the church and even ask our Labor of Love team to set up a meal train for a few days if that would be helpful. *Due to the larger size of our congregation, we do reserve Labor of Love requests for LHM members or regular attendees.

Meals of Mercy Request

Know someone who is having surgery or recovering from an extended illness? Our Meals of Mercy Team would like to help make things a little easier. Because of the large size of our church family and its many needs, we reserve all meal requests for attendees or members of Lynn Haven Methodist. Meal Requests should receive a 48-72-hour. (Exceptions can apply). Email care@lhm.online to let the church know about a need. Please include the person’s name, phone number, and specific reason for the need (include surgery date and location if possible).
