Our main areas of focus locally are working with families & children in need of food assistance, assisting persons with disabilities, poverty alleviation & foster/adoptive family support.

OneBlood Drive at LHM
The OneBlood bus will be here on Sun, Nov 16th, from 7:30 am to 11:30 am conducting a blood drive. If you are able to donate, please click the button in this section to reserve a time slot. If the time you want is full, they have indicated there will be more than enough staff here to help serve everyone. So please plan to stop by the bus (either before or after the church service you typically attend) on Nov 16th to donate to this life giving cause.
Mobile Food Pantry
Lynn Haven Methodist is blessed to be able to provide a bi-monthly Mobile Food Pantry for anyone in need of food assistance. This drive through food distribution event takes place in the back of our church building located at: 3203 Minnesota Avenue, Panama City.
Event Info:
- Food is purchased through (and delivered by) Feeding the Gulf Coast.
- All food boxes are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Distribution will begin at or around 8 am & will continue until inventory is depleted.
- One box of food per household. You do not need proof of address or income. All are welcome.
- Guests should remain in their vehicles. Parking attendants will direct you to a spot in the parking lot across the street to await your turn to drive around & receive your box.
Please note: We do not operate a daily food pantry at the church. If you need additional food assistance, please contact one of the local food banks or dial 211 (UNITED WAY) to hear a list of local resources.
